A Note from Donya
Hello and welcome to all our new subscribers. You may have noticed I've been on a little bit of a "summer break" with the newsletter and blog, but I'm easing back into a regular schedule as I'm sure many of you who are going back to school or have kids going back to school are too. While temperatures have been blazing in many parts of the country these past few months, we haven't had much of a summer so far here in Northern California. The weather has been mostly cool, and here by the Bay the fog has been incessant --in the 23 years that I've lived here I can't remember a summer that was this foggy! I'm holding out hope for a nice Indian Summer in the weeks to come which, if it materializes, will only make the transition into Fall that much harder. Since many of us face transition challenges of one kind or another at this time of year, it seemed appropriate to share some tips on how to manage the stress that often accompanies it. This week’s article is all about how you can use aromatherapy along with some common sense wisdom to help you quickly erase any "Back to School" stress that may be coming up for you and your family right now, and in the weeks to come. Don't forget to take advantage of our Back to School specials and get your hands on a variety of products to support you and the kids too during this process! Yours in health and prosperity, Donya

Many parents –especially stay-at-home moms and dads-- often look forward to their kids' return to school as it frees them from the additional demands for attention and entertainment brought on by idle vacation time. But even they are not immune to the fallout that comes from shifting sleep and work schedules, the stress of arranging transportation and new after-school activities, and addressing general anxieties often associated with going back to school.
So what can you do right now to help you and your kids make the back to school transition as seamless as possible? Here are a couple of pointers and tips on how to make the best of the situation while incorporating the powerful stress relief and mood enhancing benefits of aromatherapy along the way.
